Redevelopment

With its renovation of the former Zoofenster on Breitscheidplatz in 2014, Bayerische Hausbau Development has created BIKINI BERLIN, a very special ensemble.

Urban development

Bayerische Hausbau Development recently completed construction of the Nockherberg urban development, which boasts approximately 1,500 apartments. Current development projects include Parkside Lerchenauer Feld, the urban development at Freisinger Landstraße, and Dreilingsweg in the northwestern part of Munich.

Revitalization and redevelopment

More than mere renovation: Bayerische Hausbau Development revitalizes existing buildings in an environmentally friendly manner in the context of development projects. The Schwanthaler Höhe ensemble and the Huthmacher Haus in Berlin are currently being given a new lease on life.
