Parkside Lerchenauer Feld: certifiably sustainable

Parkside Lerchenauer Feld was the first urban development in Munich to be awarded precertification in Gold by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The precertification that the DGNB has issued for the urban quarter certifies that Lerchenauer Feld meets the highest technical, ecological, economic and functional standards. The DGNB evaluated the project as a whole based on 29 individual criteria: multiple criteria were fully met or even exceeded, for example "urban climate", "social and commercial infrastructure" and "mobility infrastructure – non-motorized modes of transport".

Foundation-laying ceremony

An event held on the building site marked another official celebration of the laying of the foundation stone for Parkside Lerchenauer Feld. This was an important moment, signalling the transition from the preparatory phase to the actual construction phase in new-build projects.

The project has officially got underway: with the start of groundworks, construction of Parkside Lerchenauer Feld on Lerchenauer Straße has begun – the first visible milestone on the path to new, sustainable living in the north of Munich.

Planning permission

2025

An important milestone has been reached for the Parkside Lerchenauer Feld project: planning permission has been successfully granted. This means that the key conditions for the development of the residential neighbourhood are now in place, and the next stages of the project can proceed as planned.

Building Construction

Storey by storey, Parkside Lerchenauer Feld is taking shape. As the building work progresses, the floor plans of your future flats are already becoming visible – giving you a glimpse of the spacious feel they will offer.
