History

Our milestones

Bayerische Hausbau celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2024. The high level of quality, innovation and sustainability that we offer has made us one of the oldest and most renowned project developers in Germany – from our first high-quality residential buildings in the 1950s to groundbreaking projects like Munich's Arabellapark and prominent urban developments throughout Germany and beyond. We constantly rethink and provide fresh impetus, because the power of renewal is in our DNA. As a family business, we think in terms of generations and focus on long-term success with the aim of creating places where people can live, work and feel comfortable. We are creating the future.
