Project Development

Sülldorf

Living in an oasis of green

Although the seven white, multi-family urban villas and 19 terraced houses are located just 25 minutes from Hamburg's city center by car or suburban train, the area is almost as green, quiet and welcoming as a village. The site is edged by trees and is adjacent to the large Marienhöhe woodland park. The construction quality and the quality of the fixtures and fittings in the 74 two- and three-room apartments also meet the highest of expectations. The roof terraces and loggias offer unobstructable views of the nearby Elbe river to the south.

Good neighbor to a village and wildlife park

The individuality of the Elbvororte blends seamlessly with the structure of Sülldorf, which has evolved over time. Sülldorf is Hamburg's last remaining geestdorf. The organic farmer to the north of the town is just a short walk away – as is the Marienhöhe outdoor swimming pool, the Falkenstein golf course and the Blankenese district with its Treppenviertel quarter on the banks of the Elbe.
