THE m.pire: sustainable office ensemble with a striking silhouette

In 2010, Bayerische Hausbau Development brought the construction of very special office ensemble in Parkstadt Schwabing, the m.pire, to a close. It comprises the striking, 23-storey Skyline Tower, which boasts a panoramic view of the Alps, and two 5-storey and two 7-storey buildings.

Bayerische Hausbau Development added the building ensemble to its portfolio in 2010. Today it is one of city's the most highly-coveted business addresses.

Ecological, economic, communicative

THE m.pire is the first high-rise building in Munich to be awarded DGNB certification in Platinum for its high degree of sustainability.

Having received provisional WiredScore certification in 2020, the building was awarded WiredScore certification in Silver for its digital connectivity in 2021.

Achieving certification in Silver involved laying an additional fiber-optic line, creating a telecommunications guide for the tenants and carrying out mobile communication measurements.
