Schwanthalerstraße 111

Revitalization of a cityscape-defining building

Hardly any other building in Bayerische Hausbau Develpment's portfolio combines as many different uses under its roof as Schwanthalerstraße 111. The striking corner building in Munich's Schwanthalerhöhe district is not only home to stores and offices but also a daycare center and apartments. The local shopping center developed by Bayerische Hausbau Development within the Schwanthalerhöhe Forum offers a wide range of stores offering the goods and services required to satisfy day-to-day needs, as well as attractive cafes and restaurants.

Modern flair in Schwanthalerhöhe

The existing, well-established retail location at Schwanthalerhöhe has been reinterpreted, revitalized and upgraded. What was once a gray concrete, sixties-style building has been transformed into an architectural highlight that impresses with a contemporary facade that is particularly pleasing to the eye.

Good to know

In 1818, the first carousel and two swings were set up at Oktoberfest. 200 years later, construction of Forum Schwanthalerhöhe, situated opposite the Oktoberfest site, was brought to a successful close. Both are great places to visit.
